    Orders ship free via USPS FIrst Class Mail (2-6 business days) from Richmond, VA. Upgrades for shipping times are available at checkout.

    I will accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new condition and buyers are responsible for return shipping.

STERLING JEWELRY CARE

Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place—ideally in a closed container with the anti-tarnish strip included in your order.

Avoid contact with cosmetics, cleaning products, or water, as these can accelerate tarnish. It’s best to apply lotion or perfume before putting on your jewelry.

To clean, gently wash with mild soap and water or wipe with a soft cloth, then dry completely before storing.

For extra shine, use a polishing cloth on raised surfaces, but avoid liquid tarnish removers—they can remove the intentional dark finish in textured areas.

Can I rush my order?

If you need something sooner than the estimated delivery date, please contact me before ordering.

I can’t always promise a shorter production time, especially during busy seasons. But I can sometimes ship a day or two earlier or prioritize for a rush fee.

Upgraded shipping options are always available at checkout for faster transit time.

Can I change the length of a necklace, or make other customizations?

Yes! I’m happy to make customizations to existing designs where possible! Some examples may be a different length of chain or changing an adjustable length necklace to being one static length. You could also request a different type of stone or clasp. Just send me a message with as much detail as possible and I’ll see what I can do.

There is also a listing to add custom text to the back of some pendants.

Please keep in mind your personalized change may increase the production time before it ships. Also, customized products are not eligible for return.

The piece I wanted to buy is sold out, will it be available again?

Feel free to reach out if you wanted something that is sold out.

Most made-to-order designs will continue to be available in the shop. If a piece sells out, the listing will likely be renewed — possibly with a slightly longer production time to allow for ordering materials or restocking supplies.

Some stone pieces are one of a kind and therefore unable to be replicated. Please note that I am currently not taking custom orders.

Are you the real artist? Is this jewelry handmade?

Yes! I'm the original designer, creator and copyright holder of all my pieces. With over 18 years of metalsmithing experience, every piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail and quality to last. The molds used for any cast pieces are made from my original handcrafted designs, and I take care to individually texture, solder and finish each piece.

Do you ship internationally?

I’m currently not offering international shipping through this site as I get it set up and learn all the ins and outs. If you are not in the US and would like to purchase something, please shop my Etsy page or reach out to me directly. I apologize for the inconvenience!

How is the jewelry packaged?

Every piece comes lovingly gift wrapped, whether it's for someone else or a treat to yourself. My packaging is plastic free and consciously chosen to be as eco and small business friendly as possible. Paper products are all made in the US from recycled materials. The padded mailers are about 6x9" so they are small enough to fit in a mailbox. They can be put in with paper recycling or reused!

If you are sending jewelry directly to someone as a gift and want to include a gift message so they know who it’s from, tell me what you’d like to to say in a note a checkout. Gift messages are handwritten on a small notecard and put in the package.

Invoices or receipts are never included in any packages.

STORE POLICIES

Gather & Flow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by USPS.

If a parcel is returned to Gather & Flow because an incorrect address was submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for the additional postage fees.

Gather & Flow, LLC retains all rights to all images and artwork including sold and commissioned jewelry. Neither may be used without written consent.
