Big Dipper Necklace - Turquoise

Carry the night sky with you wherever you go. This silver constellation necklace features the Big Dipper, accented with natural turquoise stars, each one unique in color and pattern. A delicate but durable chain holds the constellation close to your heart, making it a subtle, everyday reminder of the cosmos.

The base of the constellation is cast in recycled sterling silver from my original piece and I then solder on all the settings and links and finish by hand. I hand select each piece of natural turquoise and set them in serrated, fine silver bezels. Because each stone is unique, no two necklaces are exactly alike. I keep a variety of types of turquoise stocked so if you have a preferences let me know and I’ll select stones closest to your description! This could be things like wanting all the stones to look like similar in color vs. wanting more variation in the color of stones. Or that you tend to like more blue vs. green tones, or lighter shades vs. dark.

The chain is soldered for durability and adjustable from 16–18 inches. Custom lengths are available on request.

Each necklace arrives gift-ready in a reusable fern-stamped organic cotton bag. It ships in a padded mailer made in the USA from 100% recycled content, which can be recycled with paper or reused by covering the shipping label.

This design will remain in the shop—if it sells out, the listing will be renewed, though production times may vary.
